Dave Walls joined Old Capital in 2004 and focuses on large multifamily financing and equity placement. As a Senior Director, Mr. Walls is responsible for new client development and origination along with structuring and placing transactions on behalf of the firm’s clients. Mr. Walls has completed structured real estate transactions throughout the entire capital stack including senior mortgages, mezzanine loans, participating debt, preferred equity and JV equity partnerships. He has expertise in all areas of real estate including multifamily, retail, office, industrial, and hospitality. Prior to joining Old Capital, Mr. Walls spent 30 years in the project management, development and financing of multiple project types across The United States, England and New Zealand. Mr. Walls graduated from The University of Technology in Auckland, New Zealand, and has lived in Texas for 17 years with his wife and family.
