James Wilson is a Director for Old Capital based out of Dallas-Fort Worth.  His goal is to find the right financing solution for Multifamily operators and provide the best service.  James has been an active real estate investor since 2014 and has an MBA in Finance.  James has an interesting background having been a former Naval Officer and enlisted service member.  He deployed twice on the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan and once to Micronesia working directly for a US Ambassador at the Embassy.  James also managed over $100 million in construction projects throughout his time with the Navy.  During his undergraduate studies in electrical engineering James was privileged to work for NASA designing antennas for the ISS and researching hydrogen generation for the fuel cell group at Johnson Space Center.  James is originally from the state of Maine.
