Ricardo serves as Senior Director at Old Capital.  Ricardo has a passion for working with investors and specializes in securing optimal debt and equity solutions for all types of Commercial Real Estate, including Multifamily, Office, Retail, Industrial/Self Storage and Land/Development.  Ricardo prides himself in always looking out for the long-term best interest of his clients while delivering superior customer service and consistent results.

Prior to Old Capital, Ricardo spent 14 years with PepsiCo and held numerous financial leadership roles of increasing responsibility.  Ricardo has an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a B.S degree in Business Information Systems from the University of North Texas.  Ricardo is a native Texan and resides in Dallas with his wife.
