Duke Nguyen serves as Director for Old Capital Lending. Prior to his career at Old Capital Lending, Mr. Nguyen was an executive in investment banking, real estate, corporate finance/accounting (for film/entertainment), and high net worth tax firms. He holds a Master’s of Business Administration degree in Finance, is an active and licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and has advanced accounting certifications.  With over 15 years experience’ in real estate and lending, as well being an active real estate investor himself, he utilizes his experiences to identify optimal solutions for his clients to leverage debt and equity to maximize their investments.

Duke is married and a proud parent to a beautiful baby girl.
