Les Meisl serves as a Senior Director for Old Capital.  Mr. Meisl is actively involved in financing commercial real estate, developing new client relationships and marketing transactions. Mr. Meisl has been with the firm since 2008 and has participated in all aspects of the transaction process, including initial underwriting and marketing, financial analysis, due diligence, and preparation of marketing materials as well as processing and closing. He has closed multifamily, office, industrial and senior housing transactions throughout the southwest.

Before joining Old Capital, Mr. Meisl held a Senior Management position with a Fortune 500 Company with over $10 billion in Sales and over 58,000 employees worldwide. He was directly involved in providing global integrated solutions to international companies seeking to maximize their investments and strengthen their brand. He has resided with his family in the Dallas/Fort Worth area since 1994. He is a graduate of Parsons College.
